Conrad Howard is a residential home builder, based in Melbourne. With more than 25 years building experience in Europe and Australia, our speciality is delivering high-end, quality building work, with a particular focus on a close and transparent relationship with our client.

Having made the switch from a career in Public Relations, Conrad began learning his trade in Paris, France under the prestigious Compagnons Guild, where he honed his skills on historical chateaux and churches, as well as residential buildings across Paris. Moving to Melbourne in 2005, Conrad worked for several top residential builders, whilst developing a network of quality tradespeople and designers, and obtained his Builders License under the Master Builders.

Relationships are at the heart of our business: we work side by side with our clients throughout the building process, offering advice as needed and maintaining an open and honest communication throughout. This practise ensures that the building process is as smooth as possible, and the best results are delivered.

We also put a great deal of importance in the relationship with our trusted team of contractors, that has been put together over many years. Their expertise and knowledge means that all of our projects are carried out with thought and care.
